Textiles have continually been the recurring theme in my life. I have researched, preserved, exhibited, and created them.

 

I use fabrics or favorite items of clothing of a deceased person to make Memory Textiles, as I call them. These help survivors grieve and let go. By upcycling fabrics into new textile forms, I give them a second life. They become cherished objects of comfort, love, and memory. I also capture special moments in textiles.

 

In addition, I consult for museums, public cultural heritage, and private collections.
